At EstyleLearning, we aim to provide high-quality learning experiences and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes situations may change, and a cancellation might be necessary. Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before the Course Start Date
If you need to cancel your course reservation more than 7 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days following the course date.
Cancellations Made After the 7-Day Period
If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the course start date, a refund will only be considered if you provide valid proof of an emergency or extenuating circumstance (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies). Proof must be submitted in writing (via email or other documented form) and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No Show or Failure to Attend
Failure to attend the course without prior notice or valid emergency documentation will result in the forfeiture of the course fee.
Course Transfers
Requests to transfer a course reservation to another date are subject to availability. Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date to be eligible.
